Costa Rica, the land of the tropical and all that is natural and beautiful confirmed its first swine flu victim. A 21-year-old Costa Rican woman returned to Costa Rica from Mexico. Officials say she is not in danger, calling her case "asymptomatic and mild." The government of Costa Rica recommends their people to avoid shaking hands and greet with kisses to prevent the spread of this deadly flu. Why do you care? Many people are traveling to Costa Rica this summer, and its close proximity to Mexico is a cause for major concern. One of the lucky people who are traveling to Costa Rica is me! I am leaving in June and am hoping by than we would finally know of a cure. Anything is possible right? I hope so, because I am really looking forward to the sunshine and the turtles.
